Year after year, we are told we serve the best lunches on the river! Owner Jared Forsythe is a biology teacher during the school year and we begin our seeds in the green room at the school!
We believe good food is the best ingredient for a group of people while spending the day on the river. Our lunches are prepared daily. We are frequently told that this great lunch on the great river of the Clark Fork makes a great day…that more fantastic. This is one of the reasons our customers choose us!
Adventure Missoula is known for its’ home cooked meals and makes our river trips unique and unlike any other meal served on the river. Our fresh vegetables will vary in season, but will be delightful and full of taste when served on your trip. We are excited to offer fresh produce for three reasons.
1. Growing local food is a hobby of ours that we enjoy sharing with others on top of a retired rafting bus surrounded by a pergola.
2. Food grown and served in one area is environmental friendly, cutting back on travel miles.
3. Fresh local grown produce just taste great!!!!
On our trips we bring water, ice tea, lemonade and soda to quench everyone’s thirst. Please let us know if there are any special requests to suite your needs. We are always happy to adjust our meals.

We are using fresh grown herbs and ingredients from our gardens whenever possible.
Honey Mustard Chicken Croissant Sandwhich
Grilled Chicken breast on a fresh croissant with spinach and cheese. Served with our homemade honey mustard dressing. This dressing has no mayo in it. We we also be offering this item with hand carved roasted turkey breast.
Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wrap
Grilled chicken breast with romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and a side of caesar dressing.
Fresh Herb Lemon Chicken Pasta
Basil and Tarragon, cherry tomatoes and peas from our gardens make this a summer favorite. Topped with grilled chicken all in a fresh lemon dressing.
Lemon Cucumber Salad
Thin sliced cucumbers, radishes, and orange bell pepper in a light lemon dressing.
Mandarin Melon Salad with Lemon Sherry Dressing and Mint
Mandarin orange slices with melon in our homemade lemon sherry dressing. Coarse chopped mint from our garden garnishes this salad.
Three Bean Corn Salad
Jalapeno, cilantro, onion and lime with pinto, kidney, black beans and grilled corn. This is also a great wrap for our vegetarian guests.
